Conference Call with MyConference
A conference call with MyConference is considered to be the simplest and quickest method of getting your team together to make decisions and to share ideas. MyConference is a reservationless ‘call-in’ audio teleconferencing service which enables you to make a conference call anywhere, anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How to Conference Call
Upon registration with MyConference, we will send you all the details you need to immediately make a conference call consisting of relevant PINs for you and your guests.
To conference call, simply forward the National Toll-free number 1800 MYCONF(1800 692 663), the Guest PIN and the start time to all your participants.
At the agreed time, you and your guests will call in and will be prompted to enter your respective PINs.
The conference call will start when you, as the Host, enter your PIN. It is that easy!
Various Conference Call Keypad Options are available on your phone to assist in the management of the conference call.

Your Conference is yours to use whenever you choose to start a conference call without a reservation at any time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
You can choose to create another Conference at your leisure with a different set of PINs for other teams, departments or projects to help you manage your conference call participants or budgets. This can be done in your MyConference Self Service Account.
Conference Call Recording
MyConference offers the simplest and cheapest online teleconferencing recording service in Australia.
Record your conference and listen to it as many times as you wish or forward to those who cannot make it to the conference.
Once activated, you can choose to start and end recording at any point by simply pressing the *9 key pad option on your phone.
The conference recording can then be downloaded as a WAV file from your web Self Service Account to be listened to online or emailed to participants. It will be stored for 30 days, for you to download as many times as you like.
An amazing flat standard rate of only $10.00 (excl GST) is charged irrespective of the number of recordings made within a conference! And Downloads are FREE!

As a MyConference customer you will be provided with a Login ID and Password to access your MyConference Self Service Account on-line though the MyConference website. This is a secure area on the site to allow you to better manage your conference call account.
This is where you can:
- Edit existing Conference details eg edit your Conference’s name for easier identification.
- Create a new Conference
- Activate additional services, such as, Conference Recording
- Download Conference Recordings
- Edit you personal and billing details
- Change your Login ID and Password
View and Pay your invoices online

The first step to cheaper and easier conference calls is to sign up online with MyConference!
At our Sign Up page provide your contact details and choose a preferred method of payment - credit card or invoice (approved account holders only).
If you choose our unique MyConference Now! service by inputting your credit card details into our secure online form (an authorisation fee of $1 applies) we can have you conference calling in minutes! An automated email will be sent to you immediately with all you Conference details.
If you choose to pay by invoice by establishing an account, a consultant will contact you as soon as possible.
Whether you use our MyConference Now! service or apply for an account to pay by invoice you will receive a Welcome Pack in the mail with more helpful information.
