Your guests do not pay for the conference call. All call costs are charged to you, the host. Calls from mobile phones, pay phones or hotels may be charged additionally by your guests’ service provider.

Payment Options with MyConference

There are 2 simple payment options for MyConference – credit card or invoice for approved account holders.

Credit card details can be provided on-line when you sign up to have your conferences charged to this card on an ongoing basis.

Other methods of payment are available if you choose to be invoiced (including credit card) for approved applicants.

Control Costs with MyConference

As a MyConference customer you will be provided with a Login ID and Password to access your MyConference Self Service Account on-line though the MyConference website. This is a secure area on the site to allow you to better control your conference call costs.  

The Self Service site offers a range of budgetary tools which enable you to verify call costs, view payment histories, print invoices and make payments via credit card all on-line.
